Whether you chose to use my services on an ad-hoc basis or retain a set number of hours per month, my hourly rate remains the same; just £35.  

Ad-hoc Hours

Ad-hoc hours are ideal when you need short-term support – whether it’s for a specific project, an extra pair of hands during busy periods, or simply to test the waters and see if we’re a great fit before committing to regular support.

  • All ad-hoc work is delivered within 72 hours (Monday to Friday). If you need a faster turnaround, just get in touch and we can discuss options.
  • Minimum of 1 hour.
  • A 3 hour deposit upfront is required and any unused time is refunded.  If additional hours are required, these will be invoiced on completion of the work, with payment due within 7 days.
  • Time tracking software used and rounded to the nearest 15 minutes.

 

Retainer Packages

A retainer package gives you a pre-paid, fixed number of hours each month, which you can use for one service or spread across multiple services as needed. Retainer packages are perfect if you want ongoing, dependable help without having to think about hiring or managing staff.

  • Daily inbox management AM and PM (if required).
  • Document creation/editing with a 24 hour turnaround.
  • Time tracking software used and rounded to the nearest 15 minutes.
  • Briefing time included in your hours.

 

Please note:

  • There is a minimum of 10 hours per month.
  • Unused hours do not roll over to the next month.
  • Advance payment is required to secure the hours.

I am based in Birstall, Leicester, UK but as I work remotely I can support any business owner located in the UK! 

I use a programme called LastPass which enables you to send me your passwords securely, without me seeing them (clever isn’t it!)  If you have not used LastPass before, no problem I can send you details on how to set this up (it’s very quick and simple, I promise!).
